AROMA MASSAGE
An aroma-massage treatment is light, rhythmical and soothing. It is especially beneficial in relieving the effects of stress related complaints as it helps to balance the system and acts as a tonic to the flow of blood and lymph.

Hello! Welcome to The Lighthouse...I am SO happy you are here! My name is Sarah and this place was born of a deep love and passion for holistic living, aromatherapy, and the power of the human body. I began my journey into essential oils in 2015 and I am a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist and on my way to becoming a Certified Reflexology Professional. Watching aromatherapy change our lives at home lit a fire in me that lead to the creation of The Light House. The Light House is a beacon of light and joy, a place to discover wellness, and to find your path. It is a place to come for grounding and healing, using combined therapies to encourage rejuvenation from within. It is my home and I want it to feel like yours too.
I believe in the power of connections and connecting with the Earth. I feel at home near the water, in my bare feet, and when I'm outside. I am an animal lover, a cancer survivor, and a busy mom of three. I am committed to helping everyone I can reach their personal health and wellness goals.
